At Rooted Skye Yoga, we believe yoga should be grounding while also connecting you to your higher spiritual self. Oneness and individuality can both flourish when our practice focuses on listening to our own intuition and remaining compassionate and connected to the universe and those around us. Yoga is not merely physical asana, but also mental fortitude and spiritual growth, helping to harness healing and allow for abundant living.
Kim has been teaching yoga since 2016 and practicing for almost 20 years. She has more than 500 training hours and is a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider. As a former gymnast, she loves a challenging asana practice but also embraces the deeper soul healing that yoga provides. The beauty of yoga is that it truly is for every body, and Kim enjoys uniting with people in her yoga community; both new and seasoned yogis alike. Kim aims to leave her students feeling recharged and inspired each time they practice.
